I’m a SAHM of two active boys, ages 7 and 3. I have eaten very healthy at times in my life and, due to food allergies/sensitivities, my boys have too. Unfortunately their picky eating habits have gotten the better of us and nobody in the family has been eating very healthy for quite some time. But that is going to change! I started working on my own diet on January 1, 2013, by completing The 21-Day Sugar Detox. This was meant to jumpstart a new diet for the whole family. I am now following Chris Kresser’s Personal Paleo Code and The Paleo Mom’s Autoimmune Protocol, and I hope to identify some food issues that are interfering with my own health. In the meantime, I am beginning the challenge of transitioning my kids, first to gluten free, and eventually to grain free.
